Program Management

Serving as an extension of our client’s staff, our program managers provide expertise in handling a wide variety of projects. Starting with the fundamentals of program/project management and continuous improvement methodologies:

Integrates the different facets of the process—planning, design, initiation, execution, financials, and closeout—and provide technical and management expertise for each project;

Provides independent dedicated acquisition, project management, and oversight that aligns contract incentives with customer requirements;

Provides clear lines of authority and accountability for federal and contractor personnel;

Manages assigned projects within the original scope and cost baselines, ensuring completed projects meet mission requirements; improves cost and schedule performance; and strengthens cost estimating and alternative assessments and evaluation.
